Hilltop Sand and Gravel Company, Inc. (“Hilltop”) would like to thank the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors for approving the series of zoning applications to permit the construction of Hilltop Village Center and recreational facilities. Hilltop assembled an outstanding group of professionals who designed an integrated, mixed-use, pedestrian friendly development promoting retail and employment choices.
Hilltop would also like to thank the Fairfax County Planning Commission, Hilltop's Rezoning/Development Team, and the many homeowner associations, neighbors and citizen groups of Alexandria, Kingstowne, Landsdowne, Island Creek, Mt. Vernon, and Newington for their support of this project.
Hilltop is also working on a project, Piney Run Active Adult Community, on an adjacent piece of property near the Hilltop Village Center. The Piney Run Active Adult project is within walking distance of the Hilltop Golf Club and the Hilltop Village Center in a quiet wooded area off Telegraph Road. The 376 unit community will compliment the overall development of the Hilltop property where residents can work, shop, and play at Hilltop.
